Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues when necessary. Assist in promotional activities and suggest upselling opportunities to customers. Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers. Collaborate with team members to maintain store operations. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage. Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
