Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets. Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security. Retrieve and organize files and records as needed. Assist with generating reports and data summaries. Communicate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Perform general administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in data management is a plus). Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and database management. Fast and accurate typing skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
