We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance to employees, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for all technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues remotely or in person.
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords for new employees.
Respond to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Monitor system performance and maintain IT documentation.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
