Position: Waiter/Waitress Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guests have everything they need. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Professional appearance and demeanor.
