Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
Developing initial design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and regulations.
Creating detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software.
Conducting site analyses and feasibility studies to assess project potential.
Client Consultation:
Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

Project Management:

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution (required).
A master’s degree in architecture or a related field (preferred).
Professional licensure or certification in architecture (required).
Experience:
Previous experience as an architect, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Experience in various project types, such as residential, commercial, institutional, or industrial.

Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM.
