* Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff and executives.
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Assist with document preparation, report generation, and presentation creation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
Support the organization of office events, meetings, and company functions.
Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
* Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
