Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales revenue for our company’s products or services.
Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Availability to travel as needed.
