Job Title: Junior Accountant Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with established policies and procedures. Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting variances and trends for management review. Collaborate with other team members to support month-end and year-end closing processes. Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes and controls. Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
