Job Title : Heavy/Light Vehicle Driver Job Overview : We are currently seeking skilled and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Heavy/Light Vehicle Drivers. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods, materials, or passengers safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic regulations and ensuring the proper maintenance of assigned vehicles. Responsibilities: For Heavy Vehicle Driver: Operate and drive various heavy vehicles, such as trucks or buses, to transport goods or passengers over short or long distances. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and maintain a high level of safety during transport. For Light Vehicle Driver: Drive company cars, vans, or light trucks to transport personnel, goods, or materials. Deliver goods to specified locations in a timely and safe manner. Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as needed. Requirements: Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for heavy vehicle drivers. Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of light vehicle being operated. Proven experience as a heavy or light vehicle driver. Clean driving record with no traffic violations. Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness for heavy vehicle drivers. Benefits: Competitive salary.
