A minimum of 2 years of successful experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills in languages – English & Hindi..
Attend clients’ complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Have strong customer service skills and be able to handle objections.
Maintain accurate records of sales inquiries, and prepare quotations for the inquiries.
Maintain customer database and follow up on emails and calls.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
