Minimum Qualification level – Graduation Required
2 years of work experience as a Customer Service Executive.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent documentation, communication, and MS-office skills.
Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person, social media
Handles inbound and outbound calls
Resolve customer problems and complaints
Fluent in English, Hindi
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
Maintain customer database
Follow company process accurately and efficiently
