Managing sales data maintaining the customer database accurately in Salesforce CRM accurately Performs Telecalling from a list of data provided to check on property availability Expertise in query handling and dispute resolution Working closely with Sales and Leasing team to resolve client’s issues and requirements Proactively engages with team and leads to improve upon all aspects of client support Provide general support to visitors and inquirers Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain computer and manual filing systems Answer telephone calls and pass them on Conduct data entry and add accurate property listings in Property advertisement platforms.
