Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Lead generation by contacting existing and new clients.
• Present and promote the company’s training Programs and services.
• Achieve revenue targets through sales and business development activities.
• Develop and present presentations/proposals to generate new business opportunities.
• Retain existing customers and develop new customers through professional customer service.
• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to ensure all training programs deliver highest standards of services.
• Conduct market research, analyze market trends, monitor competition, and follow current developments.
• Update CRM and manage leads.
• Manage customer database.
• Meet committed deadlines and devise sales strategies.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in the training / L&D field.
• Must be experienced in Sales of Training programs like PMP, Finance, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Six Sigma, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customer needs.
• Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive Attitude, and Willingness to learn and go the extra mile are must.
• Experience in the Education or Training sector and using CRM or multiple systems and platforms.
