Job Description Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received Receive, unload, and shelve supplies Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs Apply here: 056-1703419 056-7859482
