· Coordinate with station supervisors, drivers/ riders to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments

· Invoice preparation and payment follow up

· Bank Reconciliation

· Preparing of Quotation to clients

· Preparing of a purchase order to suppliers

· Answering and directing phone calls

· Scheduling meetings and appointments

· Managing petty cash budget.
