Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. According to the project implementation plan, review the construction schedule of the air conditioning specialty of the construction unit; 2. Superintend and control the monthly and weekly construction plans of the air conditioning profession of the construction unit. 3. Regularly check the quality of professional construction of air conditioning; 4. Conduct on-site inspection of professional materials, equipment, components and accessories of on-site air conditioning; 5. Participate in the intermediate acceptance and completion acceptance of professional air conditioning projects. 6. Review the variation order related to air conditioning specialty submitted by the construction unit, and participate in the on-site project quantity verification; 7. Participate in design disclosure and joint review of drawings, and put forward reasonable suggestions. 8. Strengthen on-site safety management and participate in the investigation and handling of major quality accidents. 8. Assisted the project department in tracking and coordinating the professional air conditioning plan, followed up the implementation of the design and procurement plan; 9. Organize related construction units and design units to solve the technical quality problems in the construction process; Coordinate the relationship between construction units on site; 10. Organize the completion and acceptance of special projects. 11. Other work assigned by superior Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC, etc • At least 5 years’ experience in air conditioning design and site construction management • Familiar with construction specification of air conditioning engineering; • Familiar with construction and installation process; • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong execution ability • Familiar with common office software, PROJECT, CAD software Industry: Construction Salary: As Per Company Norms Experience: 5 - 7 Years Gender: Male Kindly send your CV with Photo to email add [email protected].
