JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Responsible for entire showroom sales and day to day operation of the stores.
2. Achieve minimum monthly showroom sales target.
3. Assisting customers with their requirements and queries, providing excellent customer service. Be proactive and resolve all customer complaints with utmost priority.
4. Process sales invoices and keep record of invoice copies
5. Answering customer phone calls and ensures calls are returned if unattended during busy periods.
6. Responsible for showroom image, ensure store is kept neat and clean
7. Ensure shelves and racks are properly stocked and in an orderly manner.
8. Maintain and monitor stock level, replenish stock as required
9. Check for damaged / expired stock and report to management or obtain replacement, as appropriate.
10. Maintain record of customer enquiries that are not met.
11. Responsible for accuracy in receiving payment and while returning balance.
12. Enter barcoding details of stock when required
13. Ensure and monitor performance of co-workers in showroom
14. Inform management in case of any repairs or replacement to store fittings.
15. Cross check quantity of stock received with invoice and the same to be submitted on a daily basis to Accountant.
16. Prepare and submit daily cash report and documentation.
OTHER DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Preferred language – English, Hindi and Malayalam ( Arabic will be an advantage)
Working days – Saturday to Thursday
Salary and benefits – AED 1500/month and sales commission with accommodation.
Candidates available to join immediately and currently residing within UAE required.
