Job Description:
• Support the admin, HR, PRO and finance with administrative work
• Welcome and assist visitors, answer and screen telephone calls, organize meetings and schedule appointments
• Coordinate with PRO in renewals of license, office, insurance, certification etc.
• Maintain up-to-date employee leave records and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning
• Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment completing preventive maintenance
Skills
Qualifications:
• Open to all candidates
• Female, 24 to 32 years old
• At least 1 year experience in handling office responsibilities, customer service, or any related field
• Must have excellent time management, knowledge on basic accounting and prioritization skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
