Looking for Electrician and Forklift Operator with minimum 2-3 years of Experience of UAE. Our Office is located in Jebal Ali Industrial Area (Outside Freezone) Electrician Job Description & Job Specification: Carry out repair and routine maintenance duties on equipment, grounds, and structures. Installation of split; window A/C units. Handling trouble shooting of duct type package unit. Team building, analytical Problem solving skills. Flexible availability for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call outs. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Able to fault find and repair air-conditioning, refrigeration and building control systems. Forklift Operator Job Description & Job Specification: Take charge of the Forklift from previous shift. In the absence of the Shift Supervisor manage the manpower shift requirement. Ensure that the required Raw Materials are being transferred on time from the RM Area to the Production Line to avoid any production delay. Ensure that all items used in packaging of either raw materials and finish goods material are in the proper designated area.• Ensure that the QC instructions (sieving or homogenizing) for the Hold finish goods are being done as soon as possible to get the QC result immediately. Ensure that the Final sample of the finished grades has been given to lab for final quality check and the exact quantity had been logged in Daily Production Sample Record. Ensure proper labeling of bags and pallets before transferring to Store/Warehouse. Ensure proper physical transfer of Finished Goods from Production to Store/Warehouse. Ensure the proper segregation of Lumps and Flushing waste (i.e. PE, PP and Engineering Plastics are in different jumbo bags). Ensure proper waste segregation. Ensure proper storage of finish goods and raw materials. Make the Lumps and Flushing Transfer Note once the Jumbo Bags are already full and transfer it to Store/Warehouse for proper disposal. Coordinate with Production Coordinator to close batchsheets on time. Ensure that all used pallets and bags from the Production Lines (Mixer/Extruder) are being transferred to the designated area for proper disposal and to maintain the housekeeping and utilization of the work space in the Production Lines. Do not place any material or item crossing yellow lines, unspecified location or in between lifter or personal movement area. Avoid operating the forklift in unsafe condition and inform Shift supervisor and Maintenance staff in case of any observation. Always follow Forklift Operation safety guidelines. Always follow PPE Usage Procedure and Safety instructions as indicated in the HSE Induction program accordingly. Ensure proper housekeeping. Assist an employee who requests any work that requires Forklift operation provided that it does not violate any company policy and with regards to the Plant Operations.
