Job Description

JD for Chiller Technicians 1. Trade certificate (ITI in R&AC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) is must.2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM commercial building3. Min 3 to 5 Years Experience in Trouble shooting & Maintenance of Air-cooled Chillers (Screw, Centrifugal & Reciprocating) for the Brands of Carrier, Trane & York.4. Min 3 to 5 Years Experience in Trouble shooting & Maintenance of Chilled water pumps.5. Min 3 to 5 Years Experience in Planned Preventive maintenance of Chillers & Chilled water pumps. JD for HVAC Technician 1. Trade certificate (ITI in R&AC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) is must.2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM commercial building3. Maintenance Experience on Chilled water system like FAHU, AHU & FCU.4. Maintenance Experience on Chilled water pumps (Primary & Secondary).5.
