Have to resolute customers query over Call
Mandatory Criteria
Must be a Graduate
Must have Min 6 month experience BPO Industry (Call Centre) /Fresher's cant apply.
Must speak good Hindi
Spoken English not required
Ready to work from Office based out at DLF 2, Rajarhat Kolkata 700156
Other Important meets:
Customer orientation.
Ready to work in Shifts window of in between 7 am to 9 pm.
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
Stipend based training for 7 Days
