Telephone and email outreach – must have impeccable telephone manner. Contribute to event registrations and sales pipeline additions. Partner with other sales and marketing team members to strategize on outreach to executives in targeted industries. Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answering customers’ questions on the products. Document phone calls and follow-up time frames. Conduct LinkedIn, social media and corporate website research to prepare for outreach.
